Ordering four tonnes or more? The price comes down.
Our standard price is £700 per tonne including VAT and UK mainland delivery, and you can order that directly through the site with no forms and no phone calls. That is deliberate — most people just want to buy pellets and get on with their day.
Above four pallets the economics change. Multiple pallets on one vehicle to one address costs considerably less to move than four separate deliveries, and we would rather pass that on than pretend it does not exist. Tell us what you need and we will quote you properly.

What to tell us
To quote accurately and quickly, we need:
- Quantity — how many tonnes, and whether it is a one-off or recurring
- Frequency — if recurring, roughly how often
- Delivery postcode — and whether the site takes an artic with a tail lift
- Use — substrate, smoking, heating or resale, so we can confirm the grade suits
- Company name and VAT number if you are VAT registered
